While waiting for my case to be called, the first case was for Nullity of Marriage.
The wife was presented as witness:
Counsel: "What was the first thing your husband said to you when he woke that morning?"
Wife: "He said, "Where am I CHERYL?"
Counsel: "And why did that upset you?"
Wife: "Because my name is KATHY!"
